YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE  Course details - Eligibility for course   Beginners for level 1  Graduation in science or some experience in yoga or level 1 for level 2 Fees  For level 1 - 11, 000 inr For level 2 - 15, 000 inr  Government exam fee is excluded. You will be paying that while applying for government exam on their website. CONTENTS OF THE COURSE  Every aspect of yoga theory. Practical - Yoga Postures, Pranayama, Meditation, Cleansing practices (Detoxification practices), Yogic Diet, Yoga for stress management, Yoga for wellness and Yoga for various diseases. Syllabus  syllabus is as per the government syllabus for level 1 and level 2 with additional Asanas, kriyas from living 150 yoga. Syllabus includes Vast theory syllabus which includes gherand samhita, bhagwad geeta, patanjali yog sutras, hathayog pradeepika etc., practical syllabus and applied knowledge of every point in the syllabus. Yoga for wellness. Different Yogic practices, Concept of Yogic diet , Yogic Lifestyle, self management of excessive tension. etc are the contents of the course. Course conduction  Course will be conducted via video conferencing . Theory one hour and practical one hour daily for 1 month. For practical aspect - asanas pranayama will be taught on video conferencing. And also respective video of the same will be shared with you on whatsapp group. When you practice it at home or teach the same to your family member record the video and share with out faculty. Which will be analyzed and improvisation will be done in your practice if needed.. Months  Alternate month batches for Level 1 and Level 2.  Timing  Level 1 - Morning 7 am to 8 am and Afternoon 4 pm to 5 pm. Level 2 - Morning 7 am to 8 am and Afternoon 4pm to 5pm. Exam pattern   Living 150 yoga academy theory exam will be conducted online. Pattern will be multiple choice questions. Practical and viva will be on video conferencing. Passing will be at 70 percent of total marks in theory as well as practical  You will be also getting prepared for level 1 and level 2 exam of yoga certification board of goverment of India during the respective level course. Various tests for preparation will be conducted. For government exam  Level 1- yoga protocol instructor  Level 2 - yoga wellness instructor You need to apply online on  www.yogacertificationboard.nic.in You can choose exam city and date available.  Government exam fee is between 3 thousand and 5 thousand indian rupees which you will be paying at the time when you apply for government exam after completion of living 150 yoga academy exam.  What do you get from this course ?  After clearing living 150 yoga academy exam you will be certified yoga coach by living 150 academy a venture by Jahagirdar Ayurved since 1886 which is run by Dr.Aditya Jahagirdar who is Ayurveda Doctor and Yoga teacher, evaluator certified by ministry of AYUSH, government of India. After this you can conduct your own private yoga classes at Yoga Studio, in Societies or at private institutions and centres. After clearing Government exam.. you will be government certified yoga instructor.
